Stand-By Rates

On occassions we have apartments available at discounted stand-by rates - sometimes because of a cancellation, sometimes just to fill the last room available - so please feel free to contact us at info@cairnsluxury.com to see if we can do a special deal for you.

Apartment Capacity

• 1 Bedroom Apartments: Sleep 2 adults in the queen-size bedroom, plus 1 extra adult or 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room.
• 2 Bedroom Apartments: Sleep 4 adults in a queen-size bed and 2 twin beds, plus 1 extra adult or 2 children on the sofa bed in the living room.

Cancellation Policy

• A deposit of 1 night’s accommodation will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of reservation by Waterfront Terraces.
• The balance of payment for reservation will be charged to your credit card upon arrival at Waterfront Terraces.
• If the booking is cancelled after deposit payment, a $35 administration fee applies.
• If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to your travel date, you will forfeit your deposit.
• For non arrival or if portion of the booked accommodation is cancelled after arrival, the total cost of accommodation must still be paid for.
• Travel insurance is recommended.

• Rates shown are per night, valid to 31 October 2008, in Australian Dollars and include all Australian taxes
• Check in from 2.00pm, Check out by 10.00am. Earlier Check in and/or Late Check out may be available with enough notice.
• Rates are subject to change - existing bookings are honoured at contracted rates
